Terms of Service
Effective date: July 14, 2026
Welcome to Citafy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Citafy platform at https://citafy.me. Citafy is operated by TriExpert Services LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida, United States ("Citafy", "we", "our", "us").
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Citafy.
2. The service
Citafy is an online appointment-scheduling platform that lets businesses and professionals:
- publish bookable event types and availability;
- receive and manage bookings;
- send booking confirmations, cancellations and reminders;
- connect a calendar so external commitments are respected;
- integrate with other systems through our API and webhooks;
- collect payments online, where that feature is enabled for your account.
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features. We will not remove a materially important feature without notice where we reasonably can avoid it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret, for the accuracy of your account information, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@citafy.me promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the information you and your customers put into Citafy. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit it solely to operate the service for you.
You are the controller of your customers' data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, for what you ask in your intake forms, and for responding to your customers' privacy requests. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- send unsolicited bulk messages ("spam") to anyone through the platform;
- upload or distribute malicious code;
- attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform without our prior written permission;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the platform, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- interfere with or degrade the availability of the service for others.
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
6. API, keys and webhooks
If you use the Citafy API:
- API keys are secrets. Keep them confidential, never embed them in client-side code or public repositories, and rotate or revoke them immediately if exposed. You are responsible for all activity performed with your keys.
- Least privilege. Grant each key only the scopes it needs. Where you install a marketplace app, it is provisioned a key limited to the scopes shown to you at install.
- Rate limits. We apply rate limits to protect the platform. Do not attempt to circumvent them, and back off when you receive a rate-limit response.
- Webhooks. You choose the destination URLs. You are responsible for those endpoints and for verifying the signature we send with each delivery. Booking data — including attendee name and email — is transmitted to the endpoint you configure.
- We may version, deprecate or change the API. We will give reasonable notice for breaking changes.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid plan. Where a paid plan applies, subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Online payment collection from your customers is an optional feature that is not currently enabled on the platform. When enabled, payments are handled by a third-party payment processor and are subject to that processor's terms; we do not store card numbers.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not currently offer a contractual service level agreement. Maintenance, updates and outages may occur, and the service may be unavailable at times.
9. Third-party services
Citafy can integrate with third-party services, such as Google Calendar and, where enabled, a payment processor. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, and connecting one is your choice.
10. Intellectual property
The Citafy platform, including its software, branding, logos, documentation and design, is and remains the property of TriExpert Services LLC. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
11. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, described in our Privacy Policy. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you discover a vulnerability, report it to support@citafy.me rather than disclosing or exploiting it.
12. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CITAFY AND TRIEXPERT SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, LOST OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS, OR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TriExpert Services LLC from third-party claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of others — including claims by your customers relating to data you collected through Citafy.
15. Termination
You may stop using Citafy and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts located in Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
